Home Healthcare Equipment Ltd is a new venture started by Albert Jordaan, owner of Amcal Golf Road Pharmacy and Blockhouse Bay Pharmacy.  He has noticed an increasing need for a range of equipment to support home care of the elderly, disabled and post surgery patients which could no longer be adequately serviced by the pharmacies.  More and more patients are being sent home earlier from hospitals and families need access to the equipment to support them for varying lengths of time.  Depending on what’s needed, Home Healthcare Equipment Ltd products are available to hire on a daily or weekly basis.

The aim of Home Healthcare Equipment is to offer customers and their caregivers an improved quality of life through products which have been designed specifically to make their lives easier.  If we don’t have exactly the right product in our shop, we’ll be able to get it within 24 hours during weekdays.  Our rental equipment is all new so that customers can be assured of quality and reliability at all times.

In addition to mobility aids, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom aids, Home Healthcare Equipment also sell or hire nebulisers, breast pumps and obstetric TENS machines for pain relief during labour.  We also stock a range of discreet disposable and reusable incontinence products along with foams and creams to protect the skin and neutralize odours.

Home Healthcare Equipment is closed from 25th – 28th Dec and again from 1st – 4th Jan.  Regular hours on 29th – 31st December and from 5th January.
